Since what the governor has done is NOT legislation, it runs contrary to the US Constitution as well as the New Mexico Constitution. So, soon-to-be-impeached governor Michelle Lujan Grisham can go fornicate herself with The Judge.

Zero chance of her being impeached in solid blue New Mexico. Every body in the State house is a Dem, the Supreme Court is Dem and the legislature is nearly a Democratic super majority both chambers.
Biden won New Mexico 500,000 to 400,000 in 2020 and more than half the Republicans did NOT vote in person.
No impeachment possible.

It only applies (essentially) to permitted concealed carry holders and legal open carry and car carry pistols only, in Albuquerque, for thirty days only. If you are passing through you are good.
