When you charge it at a public station? Do you have to turn it off? Or keep it running for heat? Does anyone know?
Because if a person has to sit in one.. for a few hours. In my state in the middle of the winter- they may find you dead - frozen to death? and your hands stuck to the steering wheel?

Nobody really loves electric cars, they love never having to buy expensive gasoline.
The electrics are three to five time less to fuel.
