My mother was a school teacher and for a few years was the elementary school principal in her career.
First, no men should ever be hired as elementary school teachers. There is a gear loose somewhere in a man who likes anybody else’s little kids for more than a few minutes.
No elementary school principal should be anything but a woman teacher with at least a decades experience.
If school boards all did that like they used to do that there wouldn’t be headlines they hired a famous local drag Queen who turned out to have kiddie porn charges dismissed on a technicality.
If you laid awake nights trying to come up with something to discredit the public schools I can’t imagine anything worse than this.
