I’ve watched the news for both enlightenment and entertainment for about sixty years now.
For sheer entertainment value James Comer chasing Joe Biden is by far and away the funniest thing since Iran Contra, where it was obvious Oliver North and his eye candy assistant Fawn Hall were running an unauthorized operation inside the White House.
Joe and Jill Biden are as honest, square and boring as Harry and Bess Truman. Joe Biden has a son named Hunter that puts John Belushi and Billy Carter and Hunter S Thompson to shame for sheer roguishness.
But Hunter only hurts his family. And instead of dying young he rehabilitates himself and becomes a wealthy man selling paintings on So Ho.
Underneath the entire story is the incredible decency and love of a father for his wayward prodigal son.
No Hollywood movie will be more entertaining than what we are about to watch.
