well then, I guess the problem is all solved.
moving right along....
263 mass shootings in America in the first 150 days of 2023...but, heck... like you say, you can't bubble-wrap the world!
America leads the world this year in mass shootings! At least we're number one in SOMETHING!
Who said America isn't great already????
Hunter Biden, the dissolute piece of **** son of Joe Biden, wrote a book where he described being a drug addict and conquering addiction.
Then years later, conservatives discovered during his addiction period Hunter legally bought a handgun.
If Hunter was addicted to drugs, he should have checked off yes on one of the questions on the 4473 form required by federal law for gun purchases. He didn’t.
If I were Joe Biden and Hunter my son I’d have pardoned him on Fox News. But Joe is a better man than me.
Every wealthy nation on this earth, even Russia, has private ownership of firearms. None except us are so lax as to allow private transfers of civilian models of military weapons with no paperwork and one simple 4473 form and one quick background check from a firearms dealer.
I’m a life member of the NRA and can’t count all the guns I own. I grew up and still live in a gun culture.
Bur the decent people of this nation aren’t going to allow this forever.
The people that hate paying taxes, won’t get vaccinated, and don’t want to send their kids to school eventually will need permits and insurance and inspections to own their dangerous toys.
I do hope, one gun per person is freely allowed for self defense.
But the folks who say they want common sense gun laws are really about like Republicans who used to claim they wanted common sense laws about abortion clinics. They really want, Prohibtion by regulation.
And it’s our fault as gun owners, burying our heads up our asses, that they do.
