43 years ago I could not dream, I’d be a Democrat today.
Now some days I wonder how, I ever was a Republican, but I was and an ardent one.
The worst thing Reagan ever did, was declare catsup was a vegetable.
But the reason for such a ridiculous thing was to allow children to have a cheeseburger with their school lunches. None of us Republicans then actually argued, that catsup was in fact a vegetable.
Today’s Republican Party cannot tell the truth from a lie, or right from wrong, and doesn’t care to try.
To believe for one second Obama was not born exactly where his birth certificate said he was is the original sin of the MAGA Republicans.
Often, truth is elusive.
But often truth means admitting you are wrong.
I’m wrong several times a day, but never on purpose.
