Of course this means that God is therefore not omnipresent.
This was a question debated frequently.
It was decided that despite God not choosing to visit Hell, he was still omnipresent.

The theme I gleaned from the early church fathers was that heaven and hell are the same - the fire that will burn those without love will cause those with love to shine.
