All empires fail - and ours shows every sign of waning. Indeed, we are down to the "Clown-show Executive" - a sure precursor to failure. Look at the clowns we have had in the oval this century. Little shrub, the gay halfrican, the orange menace, and now the dottering pedophile. It's over, folks.
The question is whether the republic will survive the collapse of empire - as england did, as russia did. My money is against it, and I'm giving odds. We have no polity left, no culture left - we are not a nation. This country is going to break apart for sure. A dozen different despots will desecrate these dominions from dallas to des moines.
