The person you replied to clearly said he got 3 forms to REQUEST a ballot. NOT 3 ballots.
You would have had a total meltdown heart attack if you knew that every registered voter in my state received a ballot and not even one of them had to request it.
My state changed to 100% mail in ballot in 2005, we also made any voting system that doesn't produce a paper ballot illegal.
No one requested a ballot here, every registered voter got one.
No one went to a public voting place here, there are none.
Now you can have your hissy fit and claim all the votes in my state are fraud with no proof of your claim.
