Not yet. He can still appeal to the IL supremecourt. I believe also it was the prosecutor who said that Jessie can spend xmas at home. He would report after Jan. pending his appeal if at all. Imagine that. A prosecutor has heart and let's someone stay home for xmas...unlike you **** conservtards who wish to lock up everybody.
