Then, you believe that government should send to each individual a package of newly printed $100 bills, or a package of newly minted coins? Or maybe you are thinking that the individual should make a trip to Washington and pick them up in person?
Also, The federal government Constitutional indirect tax system is not a tax upon individuals: it is a tax upon the artificial person.
