the same thing can be said of liberals who despised bush for the patriot act and gitmo, but now either remain silent when obama re-signs it and even escalates it. that's not a matter of race, it's a matter of media manipulation. I'm not happy with it either. I don't know any liberals that are happy about the patriot act or gitmo. We don't harp on it on forums like this because there's no shortage of you cons attacking him for nothing. The way you guys attack Obama is almost unprecedented. He's continued virtually Bush's entire foreign policy, but you guys accuse him of "leading from behind". Virtually all of the rest of his policies have been supported by moderate Republicans in the past, but you guys act like he's the most severe liberal in history.
