I think we should see a sharp decline in silly, irresponsible and totally **** queer ways to waste money.
The military has been handing out security clearances and exposure to national security related info to 18 year old kids for many years with very few problems.
Hopefully DOGE researchers are sent through some sort of indoctrination process where they are sworn to do only good and also made aware of what will happen if they violate The People's Trust in them.
