And in any case, I have answered the OP, pointing out that
1. China is not a primary source for U.S. import of tungsten;
2. China is a net IMPORT of tungsten - not a net reliable source; and
3. Russia is also a net importer of tungsten, and therefore a drain on global supplies - not a source.
