Clinton handed off an economy that was roaring. Now, I will grant you, he was at the end of a boom. There was a CORRECTION coming - no doubt. But a crash? A complete disaster? Not so much. Two things brought that on. The Enron taking, and the American Dream Act which was - like Medicare Part D - a REPUBLICAN program from inception.
