It's going to get no less than 300 billion in reparations. In fact, LESS so. The MOU acknowledges that Iran has a legitimate need for enriched uranium. Not weapons grade - they've never been accused of possessing weapons grade uranium. But enriched - which means 20% or above. So the parts dealing with enriched uranium are negotiable. The parts dealing with sanctions relief and respect for Iran's sovereignty are not.
