Look, you only have to obey laws printed in english. You only have to obey court orders issued and printed in english. Every government agency is required to produce its entire work product in english. They CAN - right now only - also tag it with tagalog or korean or spanish or whatever minority languages they want, up to and including swahili. But only english is required, and IF THE LEGISLATION YOU REFER TO AS "ENGLISH AS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE" EVER PASSES, it will become illegal for those agencies to accomodate non-english speakers.
