But I saw a documentary about that stuff, remote viewing... the CIA tried that...maybe they still do... I'm not sure if it works, maybe it does, paranormal things happen... but to consciously decide what you want to see and make it happen in real time... like watching Putin planning the invasion of Ukraine with his generals... I doubt it...
The remote viewers are given a 'target', and then asked to draw what they see.
It's not like they just close their eyes and see real time events taking place.
