Where's the evidence this conversation ever took place? How do we know Ms Omand isn't lying about the whole thing?Maybe you missed this part......Harty confirmed to the Monitor that he made the comments to Omand.It isn't very nice to make a joke about having mentally ill people shipped off to die when you hold that kind of public office.
