All presidents take documents home when they leave office, and they have the authority to declassify it.
But hey Misty...yer right on track for what the DOJ wants you to believe just like you did with the fake Russian dossier.
They can't just wave their hand and declassify a bunch of documents.
There is a process and there will be something in writing.
Now it's on him to prove that he declassified thousands of documents.
I won't hold my breath.
