He was at the club with his wife and daughter to support his daughter's friend who was performing that night.
He was unarmed and took the shooter down by grabbing the back of his body armor and jumping on him.
Their was a second hero who actually was a drag queen who used one of her high heel shoes to beat the shooter in the head.
