They handled it by the book, why is a very far cry from how The Former Guy handled it.
Had the Former Guy done what Biden did, he might have gotten away with it.
But he obstructed the National Archives and the DOJ every step of the way.
He felt he had a right to keep those documents.
Intent matters and obstruction definitely matters.
