I daresay at least two of those are not valid situations.
Besides, the legal system is now engaged.
It will reach a conclusion with or without your or my opinion, hyperventilating, chatroom insistence, etc.
And in the meantime more women will become ill, or infertile or possibly die.
Especially the ones who can't afford to travel to another state to get the medical treatment they need.

I don't know what you mean about the legal system being engaged.
Even if these women win their case, that's no guarantee that Texas will change that law or even fix it.
