It wasn't always the Libs that it was happening to... I had someone do that to me here some years ago, where my Avatar and Profile were altered in the same manner... I also was unable to take what the person did down.. What's worse, and if I remember correctly, I am pretty sure it was someone who had Moderator powers here at the time.. I asked the other Mods to fix it for me, and they were unable to..
That had to be someone higher up on the food chain.
