Should this guy be prosecuted?http://www.shtfplan....azines_01312013Not necessarily, but there's not enough info in the article for me to make an informed decision.I have a lot of questions.Like, what was he doing with 5 extended magazines in his car?Was he planning on selling them?This is not similar to the David Gregory situation.You can't leave the fact that Gregory hosts a TV show out of the equation.If Gregory was caught with 5 magazines in his trunk, I would probably feel differently about prosecuting him.I thought it was kind of funny that the article says he was arrested for a law that had not yet been enacted.That didn't make sense, so I looked it up.This is from Snopes....http://www.snopes.co...guns/haddad.asp
