Ugh! This is laughable! This will only work in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. I am assuming the police will go into the poor neighborhoods and demand that black people empty their pockets for inspection. Am I wrong, or do Conservatives/Republicans say that they are for a less intrusive smaller government?They not only want to inspect women's uteruses after a miscarriage, now people must empty their pockets on demand?Brings a whole new meaning to the phrase.....show me your paper(s).
