I was referring to when that first came before the court.

It's the first time in US history that Americans must buy a product or service by force of federal law under penalty of fine or imprisonment.

That's a stunning expansion of federal power.
Then why wasn't THAT issue brought before the Supreme Court? This was a decision ruled on for its 1st amendment merits, not on the merits of commerce.

If you don't understand the difference, just say so.
