I don't know whether he has read and internalized Ayn Rand's sophomoric twaddle, or whether he is just a downstream consumer of the mindset her mush inspired in her acolytes. But the stench of Rand is certainly on that comment, and in my experience, people who achieve significant wealth think at a higher level what is indicated by the spewing of such insipid and eye-rolling claptrap.
