One problem. That argument only stands if the money loaned came from private sources, such as banks. Student loans come from the taxes that they already paid before they took the loan out. Therefore, they are receiving money that was already theirs to begin with. 

Our taxes go to infrastructure: We don't have to pay every time we drive on the roads, call the police, call the fire department, or visit a library. Why? Because we already paid for it. However, I never hear 'you are using the infrastructure, thus you need to pay every time you use it.' WE ALREADY ARE PAYING!
Your argument is retarded. Yes we pay for the infrastructure and everyone gets to use it. The taxes paid by those taking out student loans also pay for the infrastructure. Besides, how much in taxes have 18-22 year old paid? Surely not enough to finance their loans.
