If the allegations had merit, SCOTUS wouldn't order Grifty to "facilitate" his return.
If they wanted the Trump administration to EFFECTUATE the gang member's return, they would have said so.
Fact is that he's an El Salvadoran citizen, in El Salvador and the United States has no right or ability to bring him to the United States.
