The
Justice Department shared records, not previously made public, detailing how police officers in Maryland assessed Abrego Garcia was a member of the MS-13 gang during an arrest in 2019. He had no criminal history at the time, which the documents also state,
and his attorneys have denied that he is a gang member.
His lawyers said in public that he isn't a gang member. That means NOTHING.
During his immigration hearings, one judge found he was an MS13 member, and on appeal, another judge confirmed that fact.
And they told a judge that a "rival gang" Bario 18 wanted to kill him.
You can't have a "rival gang" unless you're in a gang.
And remember that it's illegal for a lawyer to lie to a judge.
