The video makes it look as if Hillary Clinton was laughing at what happened in Benghazi, or laughing at the family members of those killed.
What she was actually laughing at was a question asked by Congresswoman Martha Roby nine hours into her testifying at the House Benghazi hearings.

I'm no fan of Hillary Clinton's but that doesn't negate the fact that this kind of deceptive editing is a bunch of garbage.
