Not really. Even if the TIME is instant, it's not like there's a coordinate system to pinpoint the destination.
Imagine a balloon in a vacuum (an elementary school demonstration) The balloon has all these molecules of atmosphere floating independently of each other.
As the vacuum increases the size of the balloon, those molecules get farther apart distributed throughout the increasing volume.
This is the model of our universe basically.
Now imagine how you would map a "ride" from one molecule to another. Origin and destination both moving...
