I'm no geographatician, but I'm pretty damned sure that a lot of that backed up oil could find a ready market in greater europa. I don't have a globe, but that's how it's laid out on my Risk board. The ankle bone's connected to the Europe bone.
That's why I'm not about to "educate myself" while the maelstrom is fresh.
