Not immune from prosecution for his attempts to oveturn the 2020. He's toasted. He's finally going to face consequences for his actions and that's cause for celebration.

Looks like the court is not gonna let Trump implement his evil plans for "presidential full immunity" (thank God for that), Trump wants immunity to murder and sexual harassment/sexual assault as well as to other crimes and frauds (indict him and lock him up!), he thinks he's above the law and that he can do whatever he wants including murdering/assassinating his political rivals and sexually harassing/sexually assaulting women and as you can clearly see here he's going full dictator:
