I'm not speaking of the truly needy, which we do have numerous assistance programs for--both Federally & Privately funded --- I am speaking of those who Vote for a living.. For too many people, Government handouts have morphed into a reward system for failure, laziness & irresponsibility in exchange for Votes... This was by design...
