Apparently 2 of the shooters are in custody...
A couple brave bystanders tackled & detained one of the suspects until Police intervened... You can see the suspect pinned to the ground at 1:53 of the Video ..... It appears to be a young Negro male in a gray hoodie, you can make out the Simian jawline....... Who'd have thought....
