I was reading about when this happened last night. One of George Ss fund "FACT FINDING" site clarified that he never said he was in Vietnam. Than I watched a video where he said he was.

Correction: This video states that Nathan Phillips is a Vietnam veteran. Phillips told CNN he is a "Vietnam-era veteran." Phillips told the New York Times that though he did serve in the military during the Vietnam War, he was not deployed to Vietnam. CNN requested his service records from the Pentagon but was told those records are part of an archive not easily accessible during the government shutdown.

And the reason people had a difficult time getting the story on this fraudulent scumbag, was because he didn't even enlist under the name he uses Nathan Phillips..... He enlisted under the name "Nathan Stanard"..... Also, he was a Reservist, a weekend player... He apparently did 4 years, and got out as an E1 Private... THat is the same Rank you get after graduating Boot Camp.
