When Trump stated many of the Communist Leaders were much smarter than us, he was specifically referring to the currency manipulation & Trade Agreements they made which were far more beneficial to their own economies than the ones our leadership had negotiated to have been for ours... Trump has been saying China has been eating our lunch for many years...
