Poverty is no excuse for violent crime....if it was then the 90 plus percent White USA population of the 1930s would have been wiping itself out with 100s of shootings on a daily basis.
Yes the USA population was well over 90% White back then and the per capita murder rate wasn't anything like it is now.
Back then they didn't issue EBT Cards or have Section 8 Housing, either.
The people had to patiently stand in lines wrapped around the block for whatever it was the government were handing out that day.
Regardless of how bad our crime stats might look, once you distance yourself from our subhuman standard Urban Congos and Africa USA neighborhoods... the vast majority of White people in their 98% White neighborhoods go "Cradle to Grave" without ever witnessing murder or even just blood on the sidewalk for that matter..
