Here we have Kentucky State Senator Karen Berg (D) ---- sharing her thoughts with colleagues regarding a 'New" experimental treatment for Pedophiles, which involves providing them with Dolls to play with.... The theory being if the Pedo had a Doll to fondle or molest, it would "Curb their Urges" to do such to a real child...... The Vid is worth the watch, just to see the WTF expressions on the faces of her colleagues.
