If the Israelis wanted Gaza, they would have accomplished such, as they certainly had plenty of time in the years between 1967 & 2005 when they had the military presence to displace the entire population, as you believe is their objective and then annex the Strip into Israel.. And if it were in Israel's plans to do so now, that could also be achieved without putting a Boot on the ground... They can simply indiscriminately carpet bomb & shell Gaza by Land - Air - & Sea... There's a **** of offshore oil there that belongs in part to whoever holds gaza. Only a partisan dunderhead would try to deny israel wants that land freed up. As to how they might accomplish that, I am sure they would pay me many millions to share the secret, if I knew. But what the heck - I'll take a swing.
Hmmm...They could create an emergency, and use that emergency as a pretext. In this case, I would think maybe bomb the place to rubble, accidentally making it uninhabitable, and then - for HUMANITARIAN reasons, you understand - resettling the reservation trash to a different reservation.

If the palis had passports, they could certainly make their way to mexico and cross our borders. But they don't, so they can't. Israel will not let them form a state and will not give them israeli passports. They are people without a country. You have no idea what that means. Hell, you don't even know what ethnic cleansing means.
And the only possible way for people without passports to make europe is as boat people. Palestine is a long way from europe, and I doubt whether many palestinians have the courage to float barges through IDF-infested waters. However wonderful and compassionate YOU may feel the IDF is, the palis' experience of the IDF may vary.
Regarding the offshore Oil, there were several Foreign Firms who had made agreements with the Palestinian Authority to invest and start up drilling operations ------ The Foreign Investors bailed, and those plans came to an abrupt end after Hamas took control of Gaza....
Care to share your thoughts as to what you believe the end game should be ?... Should Hamas remain intact as a governing and military entity which will continue to attack Israel and its people?.... Should Hamas surrender to end the carnage & suffering of the Gazans?... Should the IDF offer its unconditional surrender to Hamas?...
