I did some searching and there doesn't seem to be anything out front that documents a criminal history regarding Nichols ---- while Floyd was a career felon, and all around thug... Nichols was a BLM supporter, but I found nothing suggesting he was an active rioter.
Nichols wasn't a wanted fugitive from justice, nor had he any open warrants --- It wasn't a high speed chase with him trying to elude the Cops.. The Video I saw shows the initial confrontation where a Cop approaches Nichol's car, rips open the door, begins screaming get the **** out, and grabs Nichols to pull him out.. I was expecting to see a heated verbal back & forth through the driver's window prior to this physical encounter that would have escalated to where the Cop either felt threatened, or NIchols was non-compliant.. But I am not seeing this... The Cop went full bore
