What these Earth Muffin Lunatics want to replace Meat & Vegetable with is called "Precision Fermentation", which is Synthetic Biology.... It's the creation of Proteins made from yeasts, fungi, mycelium, and micro-algae... The Asshole in the Video mentions this as the alternative to that nice Steak & Potato dinner you're talking about... It is however a process used today in the creation of some food substitutes, but will never realistically be a large-scale replacement for the foods we enjoy...
