About 5 miles South of me is the Negro majority city of Riviera Beach FL... It is officially recognized as an African American Township....
It has about 35,000 residents, and along with a large majority Negro population, it is also almost exclusively managed & administered by fellow ******.... It holds the distinction of being designated the most dangerous city in our State, with a murder and violent crime rate 7 times the national average... While I'm sure if researched, we can probably find a Negro majority populated & managed town that isn't a drug & crime infested ****, it is more likely to be the exception than the rule...
This proven record of ruin & failure is not unique to the domestic American Negro... We see this pretty much everywhere the Negro holds a majority and political power.. The worst examples of this are probably in Africa / South Africa.. We also see it in Haiti Jamaica, Trinidad, Bahamas, and other Negro majority demographics..
