A question better asked of them. Perhaps because Comey didn’t recommend prosecution. Perhaps they thought it would further divide the country to prosecute a political figure such as Hillary. Like I said... if there really WAS evidence she had violated the Espionage Act AND there was evidence she was behind the Steele Dossier, why didn't the GOP run DoJ of Sessions and Barr investigate/indict/prosecute her?
