Wealthy folks can afford legal counsel so there must be money to be made in not paying taxes on time.
I had a room mate who got nabbed out of the clear blue after the company he was employed with was audited. What I witnessed was ugly after all of the fines and such were applied.
My consensus if one cannot afford a fleet of lawyers one cannot afford to not pay taxes.
