Joe Biden is the PERFECT definition of mental and physical impairment, yet Jill Biden has NOT had him committed to an institution. She is, accordingly, engaging in elder abuse.
Why has she not been prosecuted and jailed?
On first and only thought, probably because she hasn't done anything illegal....
