I have to go with Mr. Cardigan Carter. Jimmy was a good man, but he and Biden share one glaring thing. They both are poster children for the Peter Principle.
I admit that I was getting my start in the real world when Carter was in, and buying a house was like putting the house on Visa.
My Dad didn't like Carter, but he liked how things were going because he was sitting back and getting 14% on CDs.
