Way the hell less than what is being created. The Sams deal was merely market adjustment. The one that closed in alabama was in a neighborhood change. It went from a middle class to slightly upper class area to crapola in the 16 years that it was open.

First rule of business is never have your business where your customers do not have buying power.


I never understand why you folks think a business should keep a losing proposition open.

They are there to make a profit after all.
